I'm not sure but it seems the LP only affect ONE character and it seems to be the third of my group... Can't get any more LP to other members of my group, only one of them (same about levels). It's not event the group leader that's affected by it.

Any clue on how to solve that?

I was trying to get that to work also but ran into the same problem of it working on only my main character. I believe Mr PWizard tries to explain this in his instructions but you never know. If you want to affect LP on all characters I recommend using the CoSMOS tool the Gods here at CH have provided us with. Simple stats like this are easy to alter and require no special coding skills. I wouldn't recommend setting the new value higher than 30K or else you can run into an issue.

This should also work for HP, MP, and XP/Leveling Up but haven't tired it yet.

I've found a way.

Just "disable" all character and let only the character you want to "boost" and then you can change his HP, MP, XP and LP one by one

PS: Can't you add in trainer changing color for background ? Like line one is black, second gray, third black, fourth gray etc ... Cause it's sometine difficult to see what line is what.

Thank you both for your advice, even if I don't know how to "disable" other party member as you suggest

Start -> Party -> Select character -> Re-select the same one

And then it will be disabled and little bit push to the right

As far as the LP option, it seems to work pretty consistently for me.

What I do is, first I have any and all characters I want to effect in my active battle party.

Second, I go into their License Board and make sure they already have at least enough LP for one license they can purchase. For an example, say you want a License that costs 25LP, you need at least that much to start with.

Go into the License Board of any character, press the LP option key, and then purchase the license you have chosen. You should notice that now the character's LP is whatever the trainer option is set at minus the cost of that license.

A potential issue I have run into. Upon utilizing the "Set XP" Option with Vaan, his EXP numbers froze. No additional EXP is being tallied into the EXP total.
