malware bytes anti rootkit now finds ch cheats apps as threats although they aren't. had been using the app for months and then a db update now says they are riskware/hacktools. got rid of mbar. just a heads up for those using.

In my opinion the best thing to do is to report it as false positive to Malwarebytes

I would avoid using kaspersky and malwarebytes, they basically have more false positives than positive. They add what they want as a threat so that people who use this software assume that it is bad for your computer.

This is not just cheathappens but also many other things.

Sadly this is a problem with most security software nowadays, they use the freedom they have to add what they want to the threatlist.

If you guys would open a forum post about it over at Malwarebytes then they would likely remove the flag like they have the last 20 times they have flagged our trainers/site.

I spoke to Malwarebytes and they said that the false positives will be removed in the next definition update. FYI

Thanks PWizard. I always ignore the false positives but it would be better if Malwarebytes listened to their consumers consistently. This is is a clean site and has always been. Cheers
