Yes, just log into the game every day, and as soon as you get into the INN, you get a chest popup with a free gift.
Its been going on for a few days, and will continue until the 1st, if like last year.
They gave away a Blue Pick Axe already, and a trinket, and yesterday a dwarf helmet.
Today is a blue Glaive for Witch Hunter.
