It would be a shame to let the negative reaction of the few outweigh the enjoyment of so many. So please keep in mind that, as far as I believe, the majority of your members are grateful for your efforts and the special events you host for them.

I totally agree with @Avruch, thank you so much for doing the giveaway, it was a really great event, I didn't expect anything like that! Thank you so much for doing a great job, and for giving back so much to the community. There's a reason I'm still primarily a PC Gamer, it's because when a game doesn't have new game+, there's always a CH trainer waiting for me.
To have a SAFE place to get trainers, that has such a consistent update cycle, with great support, it's amazing!
