so far only 7 of the 20 claimed current prize does that mean unclaimed by 15min time get tossed back in?

The "Lifetime" part will last forever, the "Plus" part will be for one year.

Yes, we will be recycling any unclaimed prizes in some way. ALL prizes WILL be given away, either today or by Dec 25th.
