Star Ocean: The Last Hope 4K Trainer

After downloading the trainer, unzipping it and opening it up, the popup "Cheat Happens customised For user appears, then nothing happens.

My antivirus is disabled.
It's not being detected as malware.
I already launched it as an admin
I did the Alt + F4 trick

What else should I do?

have you set the anti-virus exclusions? setting the exclusions is important since alot of anti-virus software doesn't stop even when its disabled
