Set Completed Status Of Selected Girl To:
Click on the girls avatar to show up her completed status. Press hotkey, leave and come back to see changes.

Change Money:
You will need to buy something or go back to main menu and come back to see it has changed.

Unlimited Item Usage:
While active you can use your items/props unlimited times. Just click on them again to trigger their effect.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

When the option is removed and you all want it back, you can thank this member.

It may be "useless" to you, but others may like and appreciate it. If that statement is just an entitled opioin, best to keep those to yourself, and just say "Hey thanks for the trainer!" then just don't use it.
