Can't use CC for renewing membership?

    I'm currently trying to purchase a premium membership and was going with the Lifetime premium and was going to test the $4.95 monthly to see if I'd use those additional benefits before committing to a lump sum annual.

    Selecting anything with a recurring membership does not give me an the option to choose my payment method. Once I progress through and press the finalize payment option I'm redirected to Paypal's secure checkout. After logging in the only option I can choose is e-check from the checking account linked to my Paypal. There is the option to change payment method but for some reason my CCs aren't selectable from the drop down when selecting this option. I can also choose the "Switch from eCheck to an instant bank payment by linking a debit or credit card" and I'm taken to a screen to add a credit card to my Paypal account despite a message directly above that says: Number of cards linked to account:2. Despite the card I'm using already being linked, I went through this process and received the message of the card successfully being added. However I'm immediately taken back to the previous page with only the e-check option available.

    I had to choose the non-recurring membership option to access what I would consider "Normal" Paypal payment methods.

    Unfortunately we don't have any control over PayPal's handling of the payment methods for the auto recurring payments. I would suggest that you reach out to them and ask why it will not allow you to use your credit card for a recurring subscription. We have not set up any restrictions on our end so it could be certain types of cards or from certain countries are blocked, but we have no idea.     We would do it, but we couldn't find out what is specific to your account and/or card that is causing an issue as we have a ton of other subscribers paying monthly and we've only heard of such an issue a small handful of times since being introduced years ago.

    We also have non-recurring payments for the yearly Lifetime PLUS which does not go through PayPal if you would like to go that route.

    I originally thought it was a Paypal issue so I rang them up and they had me attempt the purchase while on the phone. According to them it's the way Dingo Webworks has their Paypal Payment system configured because they also pointed out I could not use my existing Paypal balance for payment either.

    Can you tell me who you talked to or a case number that I can discuss with our account representative? Not sure how we could have it setup to affect one of out thousands of people, but maybe they can tell us if I have some info from who you talked to and the details of the case specifically.     I did not take any info who I spoke with and didn't ask for a case number however I would be happy to call again and see if I can access the case number or generate a new one because I am interested in trying the Premium + for a month before purchasing the whole year. Was that non-recurring annual Premium+ option there when doing an initial activation? I only seem to remember seeing the recurring monthly and recurring annual but not the non-recurring annual(though I do see it now if I select Upgrade to Premium+).

    I'll shoot you a PM with the case number though it'll be tomorrow.

    No, that option is not there when going straight from a free account to Lifetime PLUS but we should probably add it. I sent you a PM regarding this matter. Thanks for your patience and assistance.
