I have a disability and trainers help me where games can not be completed that I would really like to play through. I've spoken to most of the more forward facing members of the Cheat Happens staff informally in tickets and they've been very helpful.
Ten years. They asked me for nothing. They offered me in this survey an opportunity to give them input on a direction I think that the company should go and that's got nothing to do with charging more.
Way I see it: They could take this data and present it to a developement studio and say;
"Hey, we got millions of people that love your product and we'd like to expand our brand with you. We'd like to offer you a day 1 trainer from a reputable organization with over ten years of experience and who protect both consumers and developers while providing a service to disabled gamers by making all gamers feel enabled. We provide this service to you and by including our service with your brand, you are bringing business to our platform. If people like your product and they like our product, this serves you, us and them. We already serve them"
But that's me. I know how difficult memory hacking can be and how easy it is for unscrupulous script kiddies to abuse memory hacks. Cheat Happens has demonstrated in the ten years I've been a consumer here that they are above-board on everything they intend and transparent at every stage of development, both with trainers and with business.
If you ever doubt that Cheat Happens is ever not upfront and in your face with the passionate reality this project has become for them over the years; you need only read the posting history of their staff. I highly recommend Calibre's posting history if you like raw, short and to the point. They're going to be honest with you and there is absolutely no PR filter. Personally, I appreciate that.
This is great feedback and thank you so much for sharing it with us. This is exactly the type of thing we were looking for and may reach out further to members like yourself that can provide this type of honest feedback about our product. We have spoken to some developers before and were told that we are like the "porn" of the gaming industry. Everyone uses it and enjoys it and knows everyone is using it but no one like to admit they are using it or be associated directly with it. Hopefully we can change the minds of people that have placed this type of stigma on what we do and have provided to millions of gamers for almost 18 years now.
