I just downloaded our latest trainer and have the latest game version installed from Steam and all options of our trainer work as intended.
Please read and follow the instructions, never pause your game when enabling them and enable one option at a time and where it makes sense and wait until the audio confirmation before you enable another option.
Just tried again, still not working. Legitimate steam copy with is .83, using latest trainer.
BTW, I've been a member for years and have used dozens of trainers with zero issue. This on the other hand is quite frustrating.
Have not paused game.
When/where exactly do you hit F1 to activate?
On my end, activate works, hitting each key to activate an option says activated as well. It's just not changing any values.

Do you have any live scanning security software that could be blocking the changes the trainer is trying to make? You may want to go to their support site and find out how to disable the properly and add exclusions to the trainer and work folder just in case.

Everything in the trainer works fine *except* for options F6, F7, and F8. Even after following the instructions to the letter, running as Admin (which they do by default) and the trainer is not being interfered with or blocked by any antivirus programs. It simply says "Failed" whenever attempting to use them.
You need to start them or complete a building. The code that the trainer is looking for isn't in memory until you actually use them/build them/start them, etc.

I've done exactly that, finished a building, then started another one before using the cheat. It says "Failed". I'm going to give it another shot (redownloading the trainer just to be sure I didn't download the one below the 7-11 date), because unit health also does not appear to be working, even after building and capturing health values.
I'll update it if it works. I mean, if it doesn't? Oh well. At least the base resource values still work.
If you browse this thread you'll see lots of other members had similar issues in the past with this trainer. Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce them.
Even I had issues with 7, F6 and F9 some game updates ago. I didn't change anything on my PC besides the usual updates for OS and GPU drivers. Since v0.8.1 all options are working again. - I didn't install a new OS, I didn't ask a witch doctor for her blessings or sacrificed a goat.
However, there were two minor updates to the .NET Framework installation. So you can try the official .NET repair tool here -> Link or download and install the latest .NET v4.7.2 from here -> Link
