Don't worry about this flippin game for now friend. Better to train it at full release and/or when the developers aren't throwing out patches and changes every 15mins. We can wait.

I would try #3. They Are Billions Trainer V2 0.4.7 first. If not, restart STEAM or verify integrity of files, force an update and then go for the latest version if that does not work.
