I had to check I tried to alt-tab and press F1 but I never reach that step as the trainer simply doesn't run.

Just like the trainer from Grim Dawn, the trainer's loading screen shows up; as well of the application in the task manager, but moments later, the application ends itself. It prompts me to go check the Event Viewer, just like when PWizard and Taurusplopp did when investigating my problem.

Whenever I try to launch the trainer, this happen in 2 separates errors. See attached file

It keeps doing that despite doing a reinstall of .NET framework. Multiple times.

By Taurusplopp thinking, it comes with an error with security authentication. Least to what I may recall, been a while.

I've tested the trainer on a brand new installation of Windows 10 without anything installed besides windows. The trainer launches fine.

From the error log and some google search I would guess it has something to do with .NET frameworks. Sadly it seems to be a rare issue as there isn't any information which leads me to a working solution for you.

I would recommend you uninstall .NET again, reboot (required). Download .NET Framework 4.5 or higher and install, reboot (required) and then try again.

Btw which OS do you have?

Windows 10, and trust me, that's what both PWizard and Taurusplopp did, uninstalling framework, rebooting, reconnect via teamviewer, let them reinstall .NET framework 4.5 and it still gave the same error.

Makes me think the only way I'd be able to make it work would be a full windows re installation, which... I have no desire to do with all the stuff I have to remember reinstalling. I don't like wasting my little free time into doing this. xD

Yeah no thats ridiculous you shouldn't have to go through the big hassle of completely reinstalling your OS just for trainer that doesnt work. I'm not having any issues, except for the trainer being slow to start up(which is a very minor issue in my book).

However I am confused with how the editor works because it seems I am only able to select one crew to edit. If I select another the states will carry over to the other one.

When is the trainer for sale?

It will not be. Requires at least a monthly subscription.

anyone else having issues with the new trainer not working? I know there was a patch again this afternoon, everything activates but it does nothing.

Is game version still 3661 and using the 3661 trainer?
