I am attempting to get the community to look at Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 for creating a trainer. There is a perfectly reasonable purpose in my creation of a thread.
Explained here:
The original trainer creation thread was opened two years ago and concluded that it would not be possible. The game has changed since then. And the biggest reason to look into it is because there is a working and functioning trainer in Mega Man Legacy Collection 2. Collection 2 was built on and used the same framework as Collection 1. Which means if the trainer works on Collection 2 then it should be pretty easy to port the trainer to Collection 1.

As I am attempting to open a new conversation (since the original thread is closed), the moderator "Taurusplopp" closes my thread without a valid reason (or possibly didn't read my entire thread).

I attempted to message the moderator and they deleted my private messages. Then I attempted to create a legitimate thread and this was the reply:

Posts regarding the trainer should only be placed within the official trainer thread otherwise it may be deleted without warning."-The thread is locked and we cannot post within that thread.There is no reason why this thread should be locked seeing as it is older that 2 years and the game has changed since then. Maybe it is just me but this appears to be an abuse of power. Maybe another moderator can chime in on their thoughts.

No, it's not an abuse of power, it's him doing his job based on what the trainer makers have already publicly said about the game and why it has been marked as retired.
