Do you use any Desktop management or customization software (ie Stardock)?

I'll be honest I didn't even know that was a thing. I still ran the tests tho and I still have the issue. I mean, the trainer works...which I guess is the important thing. It's just an odd error.
You could also get something like ccleaner it's free. Run it and use both the cleaner and the registry scanner/cleaner for now. What I would recommend in the near future, is to do a complete wipe and re-install of your windows from scratch. I try to do mine at least once a year to clean out everything that is missed by cleaners and uninstallers. Just make sure to back-up any data you need, especially in the c:/users folder. Could be it's time for a good old computer scrub
I downloaded and ran CCleaner and it seems to have fixed the issue whatever it was. Just thought you should know.

Most likely a duplicate registry entry, but its hard to tell without digging round inside the system to find the problem. Glad it's working though
by the way im running windows 10 pro with latest update, so weird because some trainer of CH that i used it runs fine.
