CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

I was wondering if anyone here had the know how to accomplish this ->Link with CoSMOS? The lastest code (code?) is in the last comment in the link I provided.

Personaly I have limited (VERY LIMITED) experience with tools like CE from way back in the day with Terraria. Freezing health and mana mostly, so yeah. I'm pretty much a noob.
