CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

So I have been able to find temporary values while playing the Skaven for Food, Warpstone, and Money, but I have so far been unable to find permanent values for these resources. I would like to know if someone could point me to a resource, that will help me find the values or do what I need to that will achieve the same result. Currently, the value of each changes every time the game reloads. I am a beginner when it comes to such things as the modification of memory locations. Thank you for your time.
