Restart your computer and then run the trainer as admin, wait till the game is fully loaded to a point where you can play, then activate it.

Got it working, the only option that is giving me trouble right now is the "Remove locks on technology" I've renabled this several times and cannot get it to work correctly as it is advertised. Any suggestions?
When the game devs change and remove game code over and over making what once worked not work anymore in the trainer, how is that our fault? We can only work with what is given.
Not to worry, no one was assigning blame to CH - more stating a fact that often features drop off trainers over time. Bear in mind us customers can't know that the features were removed because of the devs changing code - so we are naturally curious when the functionality decreases. Also, we have day jobs and cannot read through pages of comments.
Even if you posted a trainer version notes section for EVERY trainer explaining why functionality get's limited, you'd still get people complaining because they won't read the comments.
If a feature drops of because of a code change, then why not use our request balance to ask for the funcitonality to be redeveloped for the new code? Some might see that as unfair, but with so many trainers for so many games, how could CH be expected to redevelop old trainers as well as keeping up with all the new games released daily?!

Unfortunatly I am unable to play using this trainer.
The game still works but the trainer becomes unresponsive when trying to activate.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Also, tried deactivating my security settings, rebooting pc, rebooting game, rebooting Trainer Manager, deleting and downloading trainer.
Delete trainer and all files in

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer, extract it and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software which may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again.
