Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,

I just got an email from haveibeenpwned.com saying there was an email data leak just today on a Pastebin page (here: pastebin.com/HeGaCyR8). It contains a great deal of email addresses and nothing else that I can see, other than the title of "ch". The only thing I could think of was CheatHappens with those initials so I just wanted to make sure you guys were aware of this just in case it was a possible problem.

Sorry if I ruffled any feathers unnecessarily, but I feel it's better to be safe than sorry later on.

Just did a search for my email that I use for this site and it did not show up.

I don't know the total amount of users on CheatHappens but there's nearly 5000 there in that email list. Though, again, that doesn't mean anything and this could be completely unrelated to this site. But I wanted to bring it up, just in case.

Our site is attacked in upwards of 50 MILLION times per day. We have precautions in place to help avoid any data leaks, etc. Many people probe our login pages trying passwords, etc. We store the most minimum amount of data possible in our userbase. No birthdates, no financial info, not even real names so hackers would get no valuable information from an attack unless they already had a user's correct email and password from ANOTHER site's security breaches like the BILLIONS of emails and stuff that have been leaked from huge sites and the same login/pass was used on multiple sites such as ours. But if you're ever in question, you can change your email, password, etc at any time.

I also searched for my emails including the one that is publicly available on our About Us page and it was not there. I think this is completely unrelated to us although it's possible that out of these tons of emails that some may be of our 3 MILLION users.
