XCOM 2: War of the Chosen Message Board  

Has anybody figured out how to add XCOM AP for the new skills menu, either with the console or CoSMOS? I've had no luck finding a list of any new console commands, and I'm not getting anywhere with CoSMOS...

same i haven't had any lucky trying to add from ability points

mmm... it's a tough one, I've been trying to do this as well. the combinations I've tried haven't worked. I'll keep trying and post if I land on the solution.

Have you guys tried "giveresource AbilityPoint XX" where XX is the amount you want?

It works for me.

God-damn my sense of syntax, I kept asking for more AbilityPointS.

Yes Achievements will still work.

Guys if you are asking about points for the soldiers when in the geoscape ship to level them up, use the level option in the trainer

if you are asking about points to attack and move while in combat then use the move/actions option.

other than that, I have no idea what you are asking in regards to ability points, where they are located, and what they are used for, etc.

So the points they are talking about are used to buy abilities for the special characters like Mox when they level up there are character specific points and then group points labeled Xcom.
