Just updated to the latest Windows 10 Preview Build (16273) and the "Invalid Trainer User" has been fixed. At least for me it has. I had been using the Civ6 trainer and kept getting the Invalid Trainer User message at the bottom of the trainer.
Contacted Support and they said it was Microsoft's mistake and that I should use the Feedback and I did. There were like 38+ upvotes. Then today went thru the update to the latest build of Windows 10 and now it is fixed.
Hope everyone else's trainers are also fixed. Good Luck All...
