Hi, I have been trying to add resource points and Im not sure why it is not working. Am I supposed to have 0 resource points before I can add or is there something else I have to do to get it working.
What I am doing: I activate the trainer on the main menu, and then I go into career and while on my laptop i use my number pad 8, it says activated and nothing happens, I currently have 162 resource points available.
Reading the readme/instructions should help you out here:
Numpad 7: Capture Resource Points - while LAPTOP is open, press this
to capture the current number of points.
Numpad 8: Add Resource Points - make sure you are at LAPTOP and have
used Capture Resource Points first, then press this to
add more.
option working
When I run this trainer, it works as designed, for the most part..
What doesn't work for me is the Gamepad activation buttons.
I have Windows 10, v1.11 of the game (steam) and use an Xbox One controller (via usb).
All functions of the trainer work when using the corresponding Keyboard button, but no matter what buttons i set for the Gamepad, nothing happens in game. Anyone else have experience of this working/not working via Gamepad?
Unless you have changed it, the default trigger is LEFT BUMPER, You have to hold that down while pressing the co-responding option button on the controller.
Also make sure you click the controller icon and that it says CONTROLLER MODE ACTIVATED in the bottom left corner.

Im using the latest trainer, 1.11 on game version 1.1, and whenever I try to activate the trainer on the main menu, as stated in the read me file, the game and trainer crashes and I cant open f1 2017 after the crash, steam says files are corrupt. I need to reinstall it's executable files before being able to open f1 2017 again. Not sure what is happening but hopefully there is an easy solution.
P.S
I use the trainer with admin rights as well.
Your probably using Bitdefender by the sounds of it, If so the virus software is seeing the trainer access the memory of the game exe, then it decides it is no longer safe and deletes or quarantines it.

Have you tried and integrity check of your game cache? - And as Cypher suggested; please look up your security software's log/ scan history if you find anything about it interfering with this or not.

Thanks, I disabled bitdefender's advanced threat defense temporarily and it worked perfectly. Cheers
