I tried to change the R&D points with Cosmos and with C.Engine with no luck. Found the right address, but it would not take the change. I hope the CH makers can make something happen with that

Same as last year. I tried to open the save file and modify the value but I guess Notepad not the best method .... because it don't work. 😆

Yep can find the value but cannot change it, I hope this isn't one of those, "You cannot get these points until X because, Reasons" thing.

Where exactly am I supposed to spend these?

I mean, I can do stuff with 0 points with 8 minute penalty or whatever?
