Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.

Can you guys explain about the "pre-activated" part? I got quite confused.

It means that you need to perform the steps to make an option work (except health) again if you like to use the trainer option again. The options don't stick if you used it before.

IE: NumPad4: Change Gold By 500

You have used this option before in the game. You like to change your amount of Gold again, so you must collect some gold ingame first, press Numpad 4, you need to collect some gold again and than your amount of gold should change.

Ugh. This is like the 5th trainer I've downloaded that windows freaking defender has removed as a virus. I KNOW your trainers aren't viruses, but Windows? Did Windows get some crazy upgrade lately that is making it consider all trainers as malware/viruses? I've never had this issue before with any trainers, and now all of a sudden it's happening to ALL of them.

Just make and excluded folder and put all your trainers in there. That way when updates occur it should not affect whats in that folder and what is put in that folder in the future.
