Steam version you say? I just tested it and these two options work perfectly fine for me. Please note that with infinite health on, if the damage you receive is bigger than your current / maximum health you die. For this you can customize the option to enable super health.

The super health option often doesn't work, or seemingly only works at random intervals, and will often "break" and revert back to your maximum health in the first place. Seems to be especially noticeable on higher difficulty settings.

If there is a way to consistently trigger it then please advise, but I've only managed to get it working as intended maybe 2 out of every 10 runs.

Just tested it as well with the Return to Castelvania update and super health option is not working for me, and super damage is hit or miss as well. (Steam Version)

Then you should post an update report. The more the better. Since those show prio.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I am just writing this to let you know that on Steam V33 of Dead Cells (The Castlevania update,) at least for me, in Admin mode, all functions work EXCEPT health options. I can't seem to get that to work no matter what. With or without the Super Health option, it just doesn't change, and getting hit still takes me down quickly, and the health drops as normal. Anyone else having this issue? I have included a screenshot of the title screen for the versioning info at the bottom left.

Are you using the V2 trainer update? I've tested it several times and infinite health is working as intended for me. But due to the savegame wipes I am always starting at the beginning. Maybe it stopped working after some ingame progress?

I have the same issue with health as well. It's totally random. Never works initially but sometimes after getting hit once, it kicks in and I have 9999999+ health. Then if I get health refill of any kind, it reverts back and super/infinite health no longer works. I am using V2
