Edit: the game looks awesome and performs really well, one thing I was really amazed about is that you can change to "old" version and back to remastered while ingame and the transition is super smooth, to be honest I never seen such a thing in any remake till now. It goes beyond backwards compatibility. Old replays from older versions of the game will play perfectly fine on the Remaster version.
This for example shows a lot of replays from past premier tournaments that happened during the 2007-09 golden era of Brood War: Link
If you can read Korean, the black background / white text in the top center shows which tournament the replay came from.
