Kadara Side Quest Bug? on Mass Effect Andromeda PC Message Board - Page 1

Spoiler:

There are 5 dead bodies to be scanned after talking to a NPC just outside Kadara Slums.Even after scanning all 5 dead bodies the dead body scanned counter stays at zero and i cant complete the side quest.

Pls advise if there is a work around or a sequence for completing the side quest. thank you.

Don't know of a workaround but it's bugged for me as well, as well as other similar quests (scan stuff) plus turian ark which requires scanning of life pods. It's been reported to bioware so let's hope it gets fixed with next patch/update.

Thanx buddy. i imagined that after the 1.05 update Quest related bugs wud be removed but the problem's still there.

So what shud i do? Continue playing and solving other quests? Is this a Outpost Viability breaker?

Yeah ure not the only one with the quests issues. New ones have popped up with the new patch. 🤔

considering its EA we are talking about i would be surprised they ever got anything right when they "update" games they seemingly cause more bugs then fixes..

Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

while i would usually be first to call EA out on *****, i feel the blame this time lies squarely in the lap of the developers and their unwillingness to work on the game after launch properly. The sheer volume of broken side quests and for some, broken main missions, is a testament to a rushed project altogether. the rush can be blamed on EA, the shoddy craftmanship cannot

It's just a sidequest, not worth the effort. I don't remember it adding to viability, but even if it does, it would only be like 2 points. You can get tons more points elsewhere. It's very easy to go way past 100% viability on any planet.

I had like 15-20 sidequests undone when I finished & uninstalled the game. All planets' viability at 100% regardless.

lol yea i just like to cross my T's and dot my i's .

anyways game is being Patched to v1.06 right now while i type. so..keeping my fingers crossed.

EA promises to address a host of issues including but not limited to Side Quests.
