The only way I will put it back up is for someone that has the original trainer and the phases options isn't working and will allow me to do a TeamViewer session to confirm.

I would "re-test" it again, but the game just patched 2,4GB and old trainer isn't working anymore. If I would have seen this post earlier, I would have done the session, np

edit: can't understand why to retire the whole trainer just for one option to fail, rest was great already. Wargame was always hard afaik?

New trainer sent to PWizard.

however, he can test the old trainer with people on Team Viewer as the options that were on it still work.

To be clear again, ALL OPTIONS OFF at beginning of game. Use options 1,2,3 ON to place units BEFORE you click LAUNCH BATTLE, then turn them off once you are ready to start. THEN, you can use the other two options AFTER you START BATTLE.

works 100% here, no matter what combination of game settings I use.

Correcting:
Trainer is working as before, everything except the "unlock all phase" is STILL working.

I have steam in offline mode and play solo skirmish on team 1 (2 isnt working either), do you click something special or on any icon after activating this option?

Tested everything I can see so far.

I have re-uploaded the trainer. If anyone has any issues with any of the options please PM Caliber so he can do a TeamViewer session with you to determine what the issue is.

It worked perfectly for me
