Greetings,

Has anyone had problems with their CH offline keys since updating to the Windows 10 Creator update? It was working fine until this new creator update was installed.

I am wondering whether the significant changes to the operating system in this substantial update has rendered it invalid. I'm wondering whether I should re-download a new key.

I've downloaded the offline tool, entered the code provided and downloaded a new key, but for some strange reason it still is not authenticating my trainers, (run with Admin). My previous key worked with all trainers if it was on desktop. I also created a folder and put both the trainer and key into it but still no luck. Any advice?

Is your internet/network completely disabled/unplugged?

I've completely disabled my Ethernet Network connection. Obviously all my trainers are affected, but I have no idea why this is happening. It was completely fine before my PC updated to the new Creator's Update this morning.

I have the Windows Creator update and my previous offline key continues to work fine. Likely something on your machine is blocking it. AV, firewall, other security software, permissions, etc. No one else has reported any issues with offline keys after the Windows Creator update started rolling out 3 days ago.

It appears that the general release of the Creators Update has reset a lot of settings to default which may be introducing some interference. You may want to take the time to review your computer settings to make sure they are set appropriately.

This also includes SmartScreen which may be the culprit.

I decided to download the key again, and it seems to be alright now. I'm wondering whether during my entering the authentication code on the previous one I may have put a wrong number/letter.
