That function in Trainer would be kinda hard since you hijack an enemy. Of Course your enemy does not have infinite life :>

I have never had any problems downloading a trainer and unzipping it. My firewall/antivirus and all is disabled but when I try to unzip the file it tells me that the file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete. Please advise. Oh, and the first trainer to come out for this game worked fine.

Regarding the reports of trainer activation issues. I've downloaded the latest trainer and activated it on my latest non-DLC steam version, no issues:
