I understand this! I have ran the game countless times before without the trainer however, now when I try to get the trainer to work it asks to be activated with a key even though the game was bought through steam and no key was ever required.

Time to ask the Steam support about it then.

There is a problem with trainer now. the trainer automatically sets for -eac launcher, but when you do that, it says "East Anti Cheat not found" and closes the game.

Have you launched the game at least once without the trainer and played a couple of minutes, then closed the game, returned to Desktop and let the game sync with the Ubisoft servers?

Likely you have to verify the integrity of the game cache now and try again.

all these launch problems are likely explained in the forums or in the instructions.

To fix things back to normal, usually.

1) run the trainer, then close it
2) do integrity check on the title from steam/uplay
3) might have patched, although I have not seen a patch.

Trainer is working completely fine with current game version.

Yeah. I tried doing that method for integrity check. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. -_-;;

It keeps saying Easy Anti Cheat not found.

go into the eac folder and re-run the eac setup, then try again.
