I'll open a ticket with Cloudflare to see if they are having issues. Can you go to www.webpagetest.org and enter www.cheathappens.com and then your country/location or closest match and then attach the results?

I am in Australia and I have had this exact problem for over a month now, I have given up trying to fix it. Glad to see I'm not the only one struggling.

You can go to www.webpagetest.org and choose your location and have it run a test to www.cheathappens.com to determine the speed of your connection to our server that is closest to you. Send me back the report and then I can send to Cloudflare for analysis.

Don't use a lot of punctuation in your posts such as ' " ( ) % ! etc.
After you run the test I believe it creates a link at the top to the results that you can either PM or email me then I can send it to Cloudflare.
