I just tested it last night using the trainer with the steam version and everything worked exactly like it always has. You have to click steam to see the hidden window behind the splash screen and accept the command line parameter for it to continue. Trainer worked fine. Will test it again later today when I have a chance, but pretty sure if this were a global issue we would have pages and pages of people complaining since it's the #1 trainer at the site right now.

not working with command line ??

when i run the exe with command line, WD2 splash comes up, and where the EAC warning usually is, it is transparent and doesn't show anything...after a couple seconds WD closes...

Here is a video I just made demonstrating the trainer and game working just fine with the current, up to date version of the game, uplay, etc. Steam is in offline mode. I have not added any manual command line parameters, the trainer does that for me.




...so not sure what might be happening on your end. You might need to reinstall the game.

Just an FYI and a question - I played for a little while tonight, and on opening the trainer properly, I saw anti cheat disabled / multiplayer disabled. So everything was good..

Then on roaming around for a little bit I got a notice at least twice, that a PVP battle was going to occur. The first time as I moved away from it, I got a message saying anti cheat disabled (why did it even connect to try a pvp battle) and it was over, a second time it occurred it never showed any message after that.

Am currently on the Hack into Cole Laing's apartment - Haum Intruder - Watch Dogs 2 Side Operations.

Now going into the apartment with my usual options on 1/4/5/6/7/8/9 on and it appears that it glitches out the side op. Tried disabling the trainer options by Ctrl+H. Did not do anything. Then going back to the main menu and loading back in, same nothing.

Closed down the game and trainer restarted did not F1 the trainer. Checked a video Spoiler: to see if I was doing something wrong in the side operation. As Cole just stood there doing nothing. So loaded save redone side operation and boom. It worked fine. Something on the trainer freaked out the side operation which could not be cancelled out by disabling the options. It was only fixed by closing the game and trainer and restarting without activating it. I have attached my saves after finally locating them.

You will need to disable your online side in the game options as well. It will still show the purple online missions on your map but that should stop what your seeing.

WD2 saves cannot be shared so we won't be able to look at the issue.

So I followed all instructions.

When running the trainer, I get the prompt to choose my game, once that's done I see "STEAM VERSION" but I'm running it on uPlay. Once in the game I get no EAC message and the trainer gives a me a "Trainer cannot find game". Any tips?
