press TAB to enter the Character Menu. Then select
the SKILLS menu item. Note your current values. Press the option to
add more. Leave and come back and you will see this has changed.

Yes, did like that, but no change. Have tried restarting the game, removing mods etc.

Try going into the perk menu and just scroll through a few of them (in all catagories), exit and then try. sometimes it takes a few tries especially after you have modded it.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

Not sure why its retired, still seems like a populair game.

Trainer doesn't work for me. When I open it, it hangs and I get a Windows alert saying it's stopped working. I've cleared out the temp files.

Trainer has been retired, Bethesda just keeps updating it so things break and people get forced to their MOD store to buy stuff you can get for free. I would just MOD the game there is a lot of good free stuff for it on modding sites. Not as good or as simple as a trainer but get the job done. Here are 2 of my favorites to use.

With its 10th Anniversary, Skyrim (SE) got a somewhat bigger update. Besides the stuff like fishing and some mod-dlcs, they changed some things on the technical level, like a lot graphical enhancements etc.

Is there any chance to get a "comeback" from the retirement status for this update?
