If only the read.me is showing up it's more than likely because your AV is grabbing the trainer. It's probably in your AV's virus chest.
Disable your AV or even better set up exclusions for the website and the folders you download/save your trainers to. You won't have any issues after that and won't need to keep disabling/enabling your AV.
