I bought Wing Commander IV and I kept on getting an error and it wouldn't start so I though hey lets call support right??? Well when I get on the website it says I'll get a call back in about 10 minutes. So while I'm waiting for the call back I fixed the problem myself. So I went to bed and forgot about it. At 10 minutes to midnight I get woken up by someone from EA asking me what my problem with is SPORE is.

You could've said "My problem with SPORE is that there's no SPORE 2. Get your asses to work.".
