Hi
Mega City Resources options does not work for me, well it does and it does not. It does not work with oil and rubber.
I run as administrator.
I've disabled antivirus.
I have followed all readme instructions.
All other options I've tested works just fine.
I play as Sweden.
I've provided two pictures and the save file in the rar file with this post. One shows the problem, the other one shows what DLC I have.
All you need to do is. Start the save file and follow the instructions for mega city resources and you'll see that you will get everything except oil and rubber or so I hope, since i don't get oil and rubber as shown in the provided Picture.

Is anyone else having this issue?
I may not be able to update this for many reasons, one being we don't own the DLC.

was working perfectly up until todays patch. sent in a update request with trouble shooting steps I tried. Havent purchased the new DLC yet, so dunno if that would resolve for me or not. Hopefully trainer will be updated 🙂
It's not you alone. I have the "season pass" for the game which includes pretty much all DLC including the latest DLC. And yes the trainer crashes the game upon activation once the game is either running, a new game is started, or a save game is loaded whilst activated.
Right now the trainer is boosted so I'm sure we will see this updated soon.

Anyone else having problems opening the console in Ironman? It just doesn't come up at all now, even though I hit the unlock button.
I'm having this problem as well. I wonder if they didn't change it in the game for this very reason.

All right, I'll list my steps for you (this is with the latest version of Hoi4, Death or Dishonor, Windows 10 fully updated).
1. Start Hoi4 and wait for it to get to the loading screen.
2. Hit F1 and wait for the trainer to load.
3. Hit the unlock Ironman console button, hear it say activated, everything checks out fine.
4. Start an Ironman game.
5. Load into the game.
6. Hit the ~ key which unlocks the console in non-Ironman games.
7. Nothing comes up at all.
