Windows Defender = Windows Security Essentials, go make exception to the folder where your trainers are or disable the program. Thats how I fixed my problem.

Yeah, for my trainers I have them all in a single Trainer folder on my desktop and I have my anti-virus (Norton) NOT look in or scan that folder. Sometimes a trainer will trigger a quarantine of whatever underlying script runs, but I just add it as an exception as it happens. Just a tip for anyone having trouble with anti-virus and especially Norton. It saves me from having to deactivate Norton.

PWizard, Caliber, and Chu, just want to thank you all for getting this trainer out as fast as you did, and its update even faster. Love the work that you all do! I do, however have a request: can the trainer be set to remove excess skill points as previous Total War trainers did? Using the skill cheat results in a lot of skill points, but hitting the hotkey again doesn't seem to remove the excess points, resulting in the LL, Lords and Heroes having too many points and at the end of turns you constantly get the message that they need to upgrade.

I know it is a minor issue, but with the cheat for level making them level 100 rather than adding one level at a time, it is a tad bit annoying to get that message after every turn. Obviously this isn't an urgent must fix it now issue, just one I hope you'll consider for future versions.

Anyway, glad I have been a lifetime member for so long as your trainers are second to none. Glad you all are on top of these much needed trainers. Best wishes for continued success!

as the trainer says, you can set that number to anything you like, and then use the option again to set it lower if you want

    best,
    Cal

Like always best work ever!!! thx guys!!

1 question how can i make custom trainer for my game?

exemple : i d'ont want my heros got 99points of spec but only 20? thx guys 6 years with you and still the best!!

    alt tab out to trainer
click on one of the option hot keys shown on the trainer screen (i.e. Numpad 1 Mega Favour)
    this opens up another screen
you can see the value is 9999999
    change that
click back on Hotkeys or Instructions and then back to Hotkeys
when you use that option from now on it will set it to the value
Same for Skill Points or Level or surplus options

not all trainer options have this ability, and not all trainers can be changed, but for this game you can modify some of the values

you can also change your hotkeys this way as well.

    best,
    Cal

Awesome work on the trainer! I saw Caliber post on the CoSMOS board about TW:W and was very amused when I checked back to see a trainer up here. I'm so glad about getting lifetime once again!

Now to the issue at hand though:
The level option currently sets the lvl of the Lord / Hero to the chosen value +1. So far so good. Those aren't true levels though, because as soon as the unit receives enough XP to level "legitimately", it will revert back to it's default lvl based on the amount of experience points it had or was aquired at and the amount of experience it got through whatever means it was made to lvl up.

A witchhunter of mine levelled from 29 back to lvl 8 because of that.

I'd like to suggest to add another / change the LVL option to adding XP / setting XP to a chosen value instead of just changing the level value itself, if possible.

There's a workaround the way it currently is though, as you can set the level to anything above 30 and therefore disable XP gain entirely and then use the skill option to gain whatever amount of skill-points you desire, but it does break immersion and also completely wipes out character progression, which makes me personally kinda sad.

Keep up the good work folks!

Edit: It appears that if you set the lvl to 20 something it works fine, it just bugs out at 29. Thanks again for the awesome trainer!

the purpose of the option for levels is so you can use the skillpoints to unlock your character's traits sooner that are based on levels. we wont be changing the option. In fact I like that the trainer doesn't mess up the XP/Level Up code process.

using the trainer you can unlock every skill/trait immediately for your character without worrying about levelling up to unlock them.

Once you are done unlocking the skills, the levelling up and XP portion of the game has very little use.

First off fantastic work as always! nice selection of options, but what im hoping for are the 2 missing options from the previus total war tittles, mega units and heal units.I really hope if the time comes and u have any plans adding these in that you include these 2 options with mega units being edita-ble* !

    Thanks again! 😉

we added refill units. mega units is useless now since you can make the units undefeatable using the god mode. You can still make the HERO or LORD have super HP using THAT option.

found out its working great, but i really want to have thousands of dwarfs fighting on the battlefield for example...not that nessecary as god mode works fine but still if its not such a pain in the bumm...why not add it

it is a pain in the bum, and it also makes the game crash or go into endless loading as it tries to find a way to actually display 10000 units at once on a small field.

there will be no 'super units' option for units that have more than 1 actual unit in it, sorry. it's for your own good.
