Numpad 9 just tested and still working. - Use this option when you have finished the first tutorial-like game play and are outside for the first time.

TAB to the menu and select the Suit tab, select the first unlocked section, press Numpad 9, left-click to purchase and select the suit upgrades even without any upgrade token.

Good for health, bad for education.

First time I've seen this 🤔

Thought to put the .key file in the same folder as the trainer executable...to no avail...same laconic message 🙁
