does not detect game

I just tested the most recent Steam game update dated 16-Nov-2016 version 6.1.1.1109, with DOOM Trainer (PATCH 10.30.2016 + VULKAN) and it still works fine on my PC.

I'm getting an "Invalid Trainer User" error for the DOOM trainer. I've followed all the steps to troubleshoot with no luck. It was working fine yesterday...

I've tried downloading the trainers for Watchdogs 2 and Dishonored 2, both of them work fine.

My account is in good standing.

Any thoughts?

DOOM Trainer (PATCH 12.08.2016 + VULKAN) tested and working fine so far with DOOMx64.exe 6.1.1.1201, updated 07-Dec-2016 via Steam download.

Both trainers worked perfectly, for weeks, suddenly 2 days ago, neither of them will work....i get the Activated, but none of the cheats will work.
I did the disable firewall ect, but no difference, I even did a system restore to before it stopped working, but, again, no difference.
I need this trainer, as there are jumps I cannot do!! any ideas please?

We uploaded a new trainer yesterday. Download and use it.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software that may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Click and select "Run as Administrator", read the instructions and try again.

The first thing you should check when your DOOM Trainer stops working all of a sudden is to see if there is a new Trainer version. Most of the DOOM automatic updates change the game .exe, which then requires an updated Trainer to work as before. If there isn't a new Trainer available, check the Properties tab of the game executable as named in my previous post. The version number and the date shown will be when the game .exe was last updated via Steam.

You neglected to mention which game .exe or DOOM Trainer version you were using at the time it stopped working for you, so unless everyone using the Trainer is experiencing the same thing, no one can tell if the problem lies with the Trainer, your computer, or from just plain using an outdated Trainer version.
