The only question I have is that is this like monster hunter world's trainer? Do you need to be in offline mode on steam to not get banned or do you run the risk of it either way? I'm more asking the MODs of cheat happens not the players because you guys half say it does half say it doesn't and I'm sure the MODs would know for sure not just be guessing or just simply not activating the trainer in the proper matter.
I'm just curious because I just bought the game and don't wanna lose my steam account because I've put a lot of work into it.
You will absolutely not get banned from Steam for using this trainer, even if you use it in online mode. What you will very likely get is banned from the SERVERS, which is probably part of where the confusion is coming from. All that means is that you'll get a little message on starting up the game saying "you've been a very naughty boy so your multiplayer privileges have been restricted", and you won't be seeing very many summon signs in-game after that.
You will not lose your Steam account for using it online, however.

That is weird since neither the game or trainer has changed for a good while.
At least game has no noted patches, however it might have had some anti-cheat update without it showing as a patch.
I suggest you report it using the file update request so it can be looked at.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

That has nothing to do with the trainer and it's aurora related.
Unlimited stamina is not working for me. If anyone else having the same issue please file a report.
I installed the game and tested stamina option and it worked fine,if you're having issues then send me your save game.
