Can you be more specific what you are talking about? I haven't played the game much and I dont know what you mean with "std".

yes it is negative status the girls can get if you make them do escorting. its indicated by a small red cross in their portrait. hope that helps

The only benefit to escorting is the money right? So you could maybe skip escorting and just add money with the trainer?

yes that is a option, but i am also trying to get the achievement, that requires you to get them all. which is hard when you get them randomly be escorting

I agree, an std removal option would make achievement hunting a lot easier.
