I have the same problem too ... Trainer works fine for v1.1.7.4 all cheats are working fine except this one need to know some way to make it running ....

The "Set select Item Quantity" doesn't work. Nothing happens. I tested on Gemstones and other stuff. And the Trainer is not up to date i see but it still works except "Set select Item Quantity".

If you haven't already, please use file update request on this trainer page.
That way we get 2 reports and it goes to our testers and then sent onwards to the trainer maker.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
