    i cannot since the trainer does not open at all.it shows the "trainer customized for Panos81" and then "no inernet connection" even though i am online and then nothing happens.

    Uninstall Panda completely and clean, reboot your PC, create the scan exclusions in Windows Defender and try again.

    Do you use any other security software besides Panda? Malwarebytes or Spybot?

    i have nothing else except Panda.this is the only trainer i have issues with.all my other trainers work 100%

    i uninstalled and reinstalled Panda.added aggain in exception folder and still nothing

    Best to contact Panda support to ask them about why the trainer won't be excluded. Link
