Weird stuff going on on my side. Enabled x2 experience (changed it to x3 in editor) and after talking with Mother, Father, Guards and Drunk hobo in debt (already forgot his name, lets say Grzhegorzh) my speech jumped to lvl 12. Redownloading game...just because i can, maybe it'll resolve everything.
I have the same issues, there are workarounds, as tedious and annoying as they are. But reloading the game seems to work, skills/combat and stats all get small, then expand on reloading the game, jump up to massive amounts, and miss perk points.
I use the unlimited item a while back and now I have 98 copies of sword you father made and they can't be dropped as they are a quest item can any thing be done about this?

That's what happens when you ask for more options, more options, just this one more option, oh, but then you need it to work for this item, oh and then this item, and better not forget this item, but not that item, only these 2500 items, oh and this option would be nice, oh but if you ad that then you have to add it for the horse and the pig and the cows and the chickens and the bunnies because they all have separate items and health and stamina and sex drive... ad infinitum

There's only one small issue/bug/feature not working as expected.
When you use option 6 (unlimited Items / Groschen) it locks you're Groschen to 9.9 (makes it hard to buy some things), I'm guessing that's because the unlimited item modifier is 99, and Groschen uses the tenths place so it might be reading 99 as 9.9?
I set and froze the Groschen value in the trainer to 99999 and the game shows it as 9.9k, but resets to 9.9 when option 6 was used, but reverts to the frozen value once you turn off option 6 ((so there is a work around sorta))
its not a huge issue, but just thought I'd point it out incase you guys feel its an easy fix
