It seems Netherrealm Studios are dropping further development on the PC version of Mortal Kombat X.
NetherRealm Studios community specialist Tyler Lansdown confirmed that PC gamers will not be getting the newly announced XL edition nor the Kombat Pack 2 DLC.

It's pretty funny/sad that they're testing a new netcode for the console versions while the PC has the worst networking problems, by far.
NRS are probably not the only ones to blame here. Warner Brothers seemingly have no love for their PC gaming customers.
Personally, WB won't be getting a dime from me again until they start treating this platform which at least a tiny shred of decency.
