I'm looking for a way to give NPC Vendors more Caps so I don't have to find several different vendors to unload my crap.

Found it.
Open console and select the NPC you want to have more caps with your mouse.
Type - Additem 0000000f 5000 or however many caps you want them to have.
Now sell all your crap without having to find more vendors.

you can just type "Additem f 5000" instead of "0000000f" just "f" should be enough

Dose not seem to work for me.

Seems to work with some folk.
