on Nexusmods there are mods for that sort of thing.

The reason I said that was because of the link that I put in since you were wondering about the future of the trainer. If look at the trainer thread, you will see Caliber say:
"we are done with this title after 24 options. we don't want any more work dealing with it"
So yeah, Nexus is definitely your best route if you are looking for something else.
