Anyone find way to edit Settlement Size?

Anyone who has gotten into building up your settlement will quickly know the pain of the settle size meter.

Even with deleting all of the towns junk, debris and starting furniture it is amazing how quickly you can max out your settle size meter.

I am curious if there is a way to edit this through console? Or if anyone found a way to edit this meter through CoSMOS or other means.
