All cheat Happens trainers are free from any sort of trojan , spyware or Viruses. I have been using the Cheat Hapen Trainers with a long time now and I have never gotten a virus from them. Your anti virus is just throwing a false positive.
no two trainers are alike and we have no control over which AV products will set off a false positive.
just know that we don't routinely put viruses into our trainers. not exactly good for business.

We all did not know such facts ourselves when we first started using the internet and computers. I would not call these people stupid myself.
