I just downloaded the game and tested it and its working fine

Have you tried Validating your game files after setting your game Difficulty to Survival Mode?

Because I swear the game and the trainer are working just fine on Normal mode, Survival Mode, and even the Broken Fallout 4 Script Extender - PROOF - Link

Noticed that Unlimited Ammo is part of Unlimited Throwables?!?! Don't know why.

OK so I am just going to post this as a Reminder folks ESPECIALLY after seeing the latest update request for console command functions that can be easily answered by the game assistant.

I also thanks to the game assistant took me 15 tries to find the right solution for me to get Dogmeat to be a companion follower again while I been in Survival mode and found a Method to add Console commands back to the game in Survival Mode.

Companion Follower Status: cf "actor. setcompanion" false false
Also have to disable the character and transition to a new spot and then Enable the character after a transition.

If your one of the folks using the Trainer for Survival Mode and you want Console access to help fix your Fallout 4 bugs here is the Link to enable the console commands (in survival mode): Link

So just be aware. Some of yall are asking for Console Command functions that was available in the earlier trainer version, when you can easily find the console command functions and their commands in the "Trainer Readme"

Can anyone confirm the "Free Crafting" is working properly?

Yes Free crafting has been working fine since the first Trainer New-gen patch.
And I have been testing it on the Creation Club content and every other weapons and armor's and robots and power armor ... it all works just fine.

Does the free settlement option work for everyone else? I've been trying to enable it before the workbench, during, reloading, etc and no luck. Everything else works but that option I think.
